About Timothy Grandstaff

As a medical professional for many years, I have been a part of some dynamic teams in the healthcare industry. Teams that have played a part in saving countless lives and forever making a positive impact on the life of another human being. For that, I am eternally grateful and my love for the field of medicine continues to thrive.
Throughout my life, I have always had a growing passion for real estate. Now I can apply that same level of care and compassion for each of my clients in real estate as I do in medicine.
The purchase or sale of a home is a very important life changing decision. I truly pride myself in delivering outstanding personalized service, support and knowledge of the current real estate market while establishing long-term relationships that last a lifetime.
I reside in Seminole, Florida and have three daughters, ages 18, 16 and 14. I am an avid boater, love the beach and enjoy most outdoor sports as both a player and spectator. We also have an Airedale Terrier, a Standard Poodle and a rescue Collie mix so if you see one of the dogs “walking me” around the neighborhood, you can tell who is TRULY in charge at the house!
